ISSUE OF ORTHOGRAPHY OF FOREIGN PROPER NOUNS IN AZERBAIJAN AND TURKEY TURKISH
Proper noun is that indicatives the thing, the group, the founding and the happening. Issue of orthography of foreign proper noun has been pointed at issue any old time. Foreign proper noun has reason of going into languages. Turks taked vords and pronoun noun with religion, soldiery, administration, measure and scalesa nd literature from Chinese; vords and pronoun noun with Budism and Maniheism from Hindi; vords and pronoun noun with Budism and Maniheism from İrani languages and Tokharish; vords and pronoun noun with religion, science and art from Persian and Arabic languages. It has been seen like and different attitudes about orthography of foreign proper noun at Azerbaijan Turkish and Turkey Turkish post Russian occupation. It has been prefered orthography for sight at Turkey Turkish and orthography for ear at Azerbaijan Turkish.
