Our Classical Poem and Holies
We can say that it is indisputable truth that Islamism and islamic notions take very wide and deep part in Turkish poetry and especially ottoman poetry. The poetry which is supplied by the blessed and holly one is a fact known especially by the poets. When we look at the historical development over the centuries of our classical poem, we see three different positions; the adoption of the holy one, the using of the holy one and the deletion of the holy one -especially for after the eighteenth century-.In this writing it was tried to focus on the backgrounds, foundations and reflections of mentioned three different attitudes. Also in this study, it is ascertained significant to consider the fact that from time to time some inconveniency like suffer damage can arise during the poets perceive the holy one and work it in their poems, so the mentioned matter has uttered by examples which are selected from some poets grown in different centuries. In this study which is a thought essay about our classical poem and the holy one, it is one of our purposes to draw attention to the possibility of conducting more detailed and more long-termed studies of how our poetry is fermented with the holy one in historical cruising from the acceptance of Islam by Turks to today.
