Ideological İntervention to the Texts of Folk Literature at the Period of USSR: The Examples of Beyits
The Beyit species that existed in the Turkish tribes living in the Idil-Ural region only in the Turkish Trenches with their contents and structural elements are the most original type of the oral creation tradition of Idil-Ural Tatars. The tradition of courage-telling, which continued strongly on social-individual tragedies and protests until the Bolshevik Revolution, was able to continue partly through structural and ideological major changes after the Revolution. The use of the Bolshevik Revolution as a means of propaganda and the domination of literature, art and even folklore dominated ideology has caused the tradition of couplets and couplets to enter a different phase. This study primarily aims to reveal the structural and ideological characteristics of the couplets and to reveal the ideological interventions made in the context of ideological interventions applied in literary products during the Soviet period and to determine how the Bolsheviks utilized folklore products in the context of ideological propaganda.
