AN APPROACH FROM THE POINT OF LITERATURE SOCIOLOGY TO RASİM ÖZDENÖREN’S STORY NAMED “ÇOK SESLİ BİR ÖLÜM
Literary Works have a sociological value in terms of involving social subjects. Altough Literature and Sociology are different discipline, they need eachother for introducing the socio-cultural aspects of an era. Historical events, customs, beliefs, relations among people, life styles reflect litrary work as a mirror. The Author’s worldview and attitude to community, acts a part in forming the litrary work. Rasim Özdenören’s story “Çok sesli Bir Ölüm” consists of four stories named “Çok Sesli Bir Ölüm”, “Sabah Aralığı”, “Kan” ve “Çatışma”. Author who internalizes Maraş’s typical folk culture, handles the cultural and sociological elements intensively and makes sociological and psychological analyzes about district people deeply.
