EVALUATION OF TEACHERS’ OPINIONS ON THE TEACHING TURKISH AS A FOREIGN LANGUAGE
The aim of the study is to determine the views on teaching to the teachers who teach Turkish as a foreign language. Qualitative research method was used. Data collected from the teachers (n=54) interviews as a result of semi-structured tools. The data obtained were analyzed by descriptive analysis technique. The conclusions from this research have been identified some general problems, expectations and requirements to the teachers. In addition, it was added up to the necessity of knowing a foreign language to the teachers of Turkish as a foreign language. But the reasons has not to communicate or to use the foreigne language, it has a different size. In addition, it was detected the reasons for the teachers who teach Turkish as a foreign language with teacher of Turkish and foreign language teachers themselves were different. As a result, it was investigated where the teacher is forced to teach Turkish as a foreign language, what they sense about their subject as a teacher and what they thing they shoul know.
