Determinations on Köktürk Inscriptions in the Context of Kipchak Turkish
Köktürk inscriptions are the oldest known written texts of the Turkish language. Therefore, the oldest forms of the Turkish language are phonologically, morphologically and lexically in the inscriptions. These forms were used in the periods after the inscriptions, sometimes changing, sometimes developing and sometimes not changing, and they continue to be used. Kipchak Turkish is one of the sub branches of the period of the Turkish language called Middle Turkish. In this research, the phonological, morphological and lexical elements seen in Kipchak Turkish and their appearance in the Köktürk inscriptions will be studied.
