The Types Of The Subject Or The Features Of The Subject?
The subject is the second important element that comes after the predicate of the language unit called the sentence. In Turkish language of Turkey, written sources agree in general terms with the definition of the subject and what the subject is but they do not agree on the types of the subject. The reason for this that the features of the subject cannot be clearly defined and determined in all aspects of the studies that are about the grammar and sentence knowledge.
In this study, the features of the subject are defined based on the sentence examples of the available grammar, syntax boks, novels, stories etc. and it is concluded that the classifications made based on the types of the subject actually create the features of the subject.
