Özet
Birincil anlamıyla soru, bir şey öğrenmek amacıyla yöneltilir ve cevap gerektirir. Soru cümleleri soru işaretleyicileriyle oluşturulur. Ancak soru işaretleyicili her cümle cevap almak için kurulmaz. Cevap istemeyen soru işaretleyicili bu cümlelere retorik soru cümlesi denir. Bu cümlelerle emir, sitem, tariz, aşağılama, sevgi, hasret, şüphe, üzüntü vd. duygular ifade edilebilir. Bu çalışmada örnek cümleler öncelikle sekiz romandan meydana gelen bir bütünce ile Türkçe Ulusal Derlemi’nden tespit edilmiş, bazı durumlarda da örnekler masa başında üretilmiştir. Çalışmada önce retorik soru işaretleyicileri ele alınmış, sonra da tespit edilebildiği kadarıyla bu soru işaretleyicilerinin hangi anlamları karşıladığı belirtilmiştir.

Abstract
As the primary meaning, a question is directed to learn something and requires an answer. Question sentences are formed through question markers. However, every sentence with question markers is constructed to get answers. These sentences with question markers that do not require answers called as rhetorical question sentences. With these sentences we can express emotions such as orders, reproach, antithesis, humiliation, love, longing, doubt, sadness, etc. In this study, sample sentences were primarily ectracted from a corpus consisting of eight novels with Turkish National Collection. In some cases, example sentences were written by the outhor. In this study, first, retorical question markers were discussed and then, the meaning of these question markers were atempled to clarify.
